FORTEX SYSTEMS SERRALLERS

What to prepare before calling a locksmith · Rubí

A clear call helps identify the service and arrange a visit.

Start by explaining whether you are locked out or can still use the property. Opening and planned security work have different priorities.

Prepare the municipality, service address, a phone number and any known lock reference. Do not share safe codes or identity documents in public channels.

Before accepting, confirm availability and terms. If you are a tenant, property manager or business contact, clarify who authorises the work and receives the technician.

How we coordinate assistance

Call with the issue, access type and service location.
Confirm availability, the authorised contact and visit terms.
Review diagnosis and the estimate before approving work or materials.
Check the lock operates and keep the work documentation.
